Jim Buus - Jim is a Fargo, ND native and graduate of North Dakota State University. He has enjoyed an over 30- year career in a variety of community development and commercial real estate ventures. He was affiliated with Fargo based GOLDMARK Commercial, the largest commercial brokerage firm in the region, for 23 years concluding his tenure there having served as President and Managing Broker. In late 2019 he started JBC Commercial Real Estate and shortly after, ABT Property Management. In his free time, Jim and his wife Cheri enjoy spending time with friends and family at their lake home, traveling and NDSU athletics. In addition to involvement in a variety of business and community ventures, he currently serves as Chair of the Board of Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation and is actively involved with the 701 Investment Funds and NDSU College of Business. He has served on various boards and volunteer assignments including the NDSU Research & Technology Park and the City of Fargo Economic Development Incentive Committee.
Brent Kuehne - Brent Kuehne is a Detroit Lakes, MN native and graduate of Concordia College, where he played hockey. Brent, his wife Bobbi, and children reside in West Fargo. He has enjoyed an over 20-year career in real estate having started out working on residential sales and small-scale investment properties. Brent started his commercial real estate career in 2004, quickly becoming a top producer. He founded ABT Property Management with Jim Buus and acts as its Managing Partner. In his free time, Brent enjoys spending time with his family and friends at his lake home and being involved with a variety of youth hockey activities.
Julie Fraser - Julie Fraser is our Director of Business Operations and Commercial Property Manager, for locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. She leads the team to ensure everything is running smoothly. She has over 28 years of experience in business management. She enjoys the social interactions with co-workers, tenants, vendors, owners, and others that property management includes. Julie and her husband Chad, live in Detroit Lakes, MN. They have three married sons and Two granddaughter. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends on the water, riding side by side and motorcycle, UND hockey and her dog, Millie.
